RIDGELAND, Mississippi – Southern AgCredit, a rural lending cooperative, recently hired Hayes Shepherd as a collateral evaluator trainee in its Ridgeland administrative office.

Shepherd was a summer intern at Southern AgCredit in 2018, and recently graduated from Mississippi State University with a bachelor’s degree in finance with a concentration in risk management and insurance. He is a native of Flora, Mississippi.
